Team Overview:
The Custom Compute and Storage Business Unit works closely with customers to develop advanced SoCs, managing the process from architecture and design through to layout and production. The India DFT team plays a crucial role in delivering sophisticated design-for-test (DFT) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans for the functional and structural verification of DFT features in RTL and gate-level simulations.
• Validate a variety of IPs, including PLLs, eFUSE, USB, and PCIe.
• Debug DFT verification issues and ensure code coverage targets are met.
• Support post-silicon bring-up, validation, and debug of DFX tests on boards and ATE
